Anurag Kumar Gupta is a senior technologist and researcher currently serving as Scientist-E at the National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology, an autonomous scientific society under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology. Since 2017, he has been holding charge as Director of the Haridwar Regional Centre, where he leads initiatives in digital capacity building, emerging technologies, and e-governance. He holds an M.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University and B.Tech and M.Tech degrees from Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. With a strong foundation in systems design, optimization, and technology-driven development, he brings extensive experience in bridging research, policy, and implementation in the digital domain.

Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Tadiwa Elisha Nyamasvisva is the Dean of the Centre for Postgraduate Studies at the Kuala Lumpur University of Science and Technology (KLUST), Malaysia. He holds a Ph.D. and Master's degree in Information Technology from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia. His research interests include artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, network security, data analytics, and intelligent systems. Dr. Nyamasvisva has over two decades of experience in academia and the IT industry, with extensive publications and postgraduate supervision experience. He is also an award-winning inventor recognized at international innovation exhibitions for his contributions to ICT and intelligent monitoring systems, and he actively engages in international research collaborations and academic conferences.
